The Foreclosure Sale Details section of the Sale Details page contains information about the foreclosure sale reporting terms and includes the following fields:

Foreclosure Sale Date Date (MM/DD/YYYY) The date on which the foreclosure sale or auction was held as reported by the Servicer. Servicer Input
Gross Sales Price Currency

Final sales price of the property (without any deductions).

Note: It is important that the value you enter in this field is accurate.

Net Sale Proceeds Currency Gross sales price less any expenses deducted by the court. Servicer Input
Total Debt Currency

The total of all reimbursable expenses and amounts, including those that may not be recoverable from the borrower or legally collectible from the third party purchaser under state or local law.

Includes but not limited to gross UPB, advanced amounts, foreclosure fees/costs, delinquent interest and bankruptcy fees/costs.

Note: It is important that the value you enter in this field is accurate.

Redemption Date Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

The last date that a foreclosed property may be redeemed.

This field will show -- dashes -- if redemption date/period is not applicable in the State where the subject property is located.

Redemption date must not be greater than sale date by more than 12 months.

Deficiency Rights Preserved Yes/No Indicates if there are deficiency rights secured against the borrower. Servicer Input
FHA/VA or MI Case Number Numeric A number assigned by a government agency or mortgage insurance (MI) company to uniquely identify a loan. Servicer Input
Clear and Marketable Title Received Yes/No Indicates if the title is free of issues. Servicer Input

Servicer Contact Name Text The name of the individual that is a contact for the Servicer. Servicer Input
Servicer Contact Number Numeric The phone number of the individual that is a contact for the Servicer. Servicer Input
Servicer Contact Email Text The email address of the individual that is a contact for the Servicer. Servicer Input
Attorney Contact Name Text The name of the individual who is the foreclosure or trustee attorney contact. Servicer Input
