You must resubmit the Forbearance Extensions Template for requests that contain an error or contact [email protected] with questions.
The table below provides a list of error messages, along with the associated template data fields that can trigger an upload error.

The loan number(s) that you have entered on the template is currently being reviewed by Freddie Mac for a forbearance extension. Please resubmit the loan(s) after a final decision (Approved or Rejected) has been made. |

The loan number(s) that you have entered on the template:

Empty File | The file that you have uploaded is empty/blank. |
More than 100 Loans in File | The upload file cannot contain more than 100 loans. |
Required fields are missing |

Character limit exceeded for comments |
