Workout Details

The Workout Details section of the Details page contains information specific to the deed-in-lieu liquidation and includes the following data fields.

Is Insufficient Contribution Justified Yes/No Indicates whether the Servicer has approved the justification provided by the borrower around why they're unable to meet the investor's recommended cash contribution amount. Servicer Input
Reason For Insufficient Contribution Text States the reason for insufficient contributions by the borrower. Servicer Input
Relocation Incentives  
Investor Currency Dollar amount of incentive that will proceed towards borrower relocation expenses. Servicer Input
DLA/Other Government Currency Dollar amount that the DLA/Government will contribute towards the relocation assistance. Servicer Input
Alternative Sources Currency Dollar amount that other alternative sources will contribute towards the relocation assistance (i.e., employer). Servicer Input
Servicer Currency Dollar amount that the Servicer will contribute towards the relocation assistance. Servicer Input
Payoff of Second Mortgage Loan Currency Dollar amount to payoff the second mortgage lien. Servicer Input
