Approved Status

A Charge-off request that has been decisioned and shows an Approved status on the Resolve dashboard.

Note: When the charge-off request is in an Approved status, Resolve automatically submits a request for Settlement Approval once the Servicer has reported the payoff via Loan Level Reporting (LLR).
