You can filter your results from the Completed Transactions (tab) of the Summary of Results page. If you would like the filters you define to apply to all results, make sure you have selected all results for each page of records to display. As a reminder, the system defaults to 15 records.
Follow the steps to Search and View Results and then these steps to filter your results:
The tool will search using all the filter categories selected. In other words, the more filters selected, the narrower the results. Refer to the Filter table for descriptions of the filters.
3. Click Apply Filter to apply your selections. See Tips When Selecting and Deselecting Filters for further details.
The Completed Transactions tab will redisplay with the chosen filters that were applied listed below Filter By. The results are displayed below the list of applied filters. In this example, we chose to filter by Primary Borrower Last Name / Legal Entity. The results show ‘12 record(s) found’ (met the filter criteria) of the 164 completed transactions.
The following table provides descriptions of each of the filters when selecting Filter By.

Lender Loan Identifier |
The unique identifier assigned to the loan file by the lender. |
Submission Date |
Use the calendar icon to select a single submission date. |
Closing Disclosure Type |
Select Model, Alternate, or Split Disclosure. Note: While the Closing Disclosure Type is a valid filter, it is not displayed in the Completed Transactions table. |
Submission Status |
Select the UCD Requirement status of Satisfied, Satisfied (Without a Closing Disclosure PDF), or Not Satisfied. Note: Submission Status here refers to 'This Submission UCD Requirement Status. |
Primary Borrower Last Name/Legal Entity |
Enter the Primary Borrower Last Name or Legal Entity. |
Closing Date |
Use the calendar icon to select a single submission date. |
General Info (Information) |
Click on one or more checkboxes (Red X, Yellow, or Green check). |
