Locating a Payment
If the payment that you are looking for does not appear in the payment history list, click on the 
button to open the Payment Filters menu.
You have the option to filter your payments by a designated payment date range or by other payment criteria including: Payment ID, Payment Method, From Amount, To Amount, and Currency.
You can click on the 
next to the Payment ID and Currency filters to pull up a complete list of payment IDs and currency types that are available for the
customer ID and business line that you have selected.
