Parents, Subsidiaries, & Other Institutional Relationships

Overview

As part of the Annual Certification Report, the Parents, Subsidiaries, & Other Institutional Relationships page allows you to view your existing relationships and identify any changes. You can add new relationships, and edit or delete existing relationships.

How to Use this Page

  1. When you arrive at this page, you must first respond to the question, "Do you need to report any changes to your parental relationships?"

 

If you answer... Then...
Yes Proceed to Step 2
No Proceed to Step 9

 

  1. Complete the Please provide details on the reason for the changes to your Parent(s): for example, note if the change is due to an organizational change or if the parent details are not provided below section by entering the reason in free-form text.
  2. Click the + Add Parent Relationship link. The Add Parent Relationship pop-up window displays.

  1. Complete the fields in the popup window; the mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. After completing, click Add.
  2. When you return to the Parent, Subsidiaries & Other Corporate Relationships window, the Parent Relationship you added displays. You can add additional relationships, edit (by clicking the "pencil" icon), or delete (by clicking the "trash" icon).
  3. If you need to add a Subsidiary or other Corporate Relationship, click the + Add Relationships link. The Add Subsidiary and Other Corporate Relationship pop-up window displays.

  1. Complete the fields in the popup window; the mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. After completing, click Add.
  2. When you return to the Parent, Subsidiaries & Other Corporate Relationships window, the Subsidiary or Other Corporate Relationship you added displays. You can add additional relationships, edit (by clicking the "pencil" icon), or delete (by clicking the "trash" icon).
  3. If desired, complete the Additional Information (Optional) section.
  4. After all data has been added, click Save to return to the page later, or Complete to indicate that you have completed this section.

Please review and edit the information in the sections below for all identified relationships. Please provide information for all affiliated entities, regardless of whether an entity is a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer. Provide additional information at the bottom of this section if necessary. Once the data is complete and accurate, please select Complete at the top of the page.

You can add, edit, or delete any non-parental relationship. To report changes to your direct or ultimate parent relationship(s), please submit a change and activity report through the UCount® portal.
